Keiki Coders – Promotions

These Promotional Terms & Conditions ("Promo Terms") govern the use of discount codes, promotional offers, coupons, voucher codes, and referral rewards (collectively, "Promo Codes") offered across keikiathletes.com and keikicoders.com.

By redeeming or applying any Promo Code on either website, you agree to comply with these terms alongside our general Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. General Usage & Limitations

  • Single Use: Unless specifically stated otherwise, Promo Codes are limited to one (1) use per customer/household and cannot be reused across multiple accounts or transactions.

  • Non-Stackable: Discount codes cannot be combined with other promotions, sitewide sales, bundled offers, or additional discount codes in a single transaction unless explicitly authorized.

  • No Cash Value: Promo Codes have no monetary value, are non-transferable, and cannot be exchanged, sold, or redeemed for cash, credit, or gift cards.

  • Specific Applicability: Certain Promo Codes may apply strictly to selected programs, classes, camps, or products, and may require a minimum spend threshold before the discount is applied (excluding taxes and processing fees).

2. Expiration & Availability

  • Time Limits: Every promotional offer is valid for a limited time only and will strictly expire on the date and time specified in the promotional campaign material.

  • Capacity Limits: Enrollment for programs on keikiathletes.com and keikicoders.com is subject to seat or spot availability. Applying a Promo Code does not guarantee a reserved spot until payment is successfully completed.

  • First Come, First Served: We reserve the right to cap the total number of redemptions for any discount code at our discretion.

3. Cancellations, Refunds & Adjustments

  • Refund Amount: If you cancel a registration or purchase that was made using a Promo Code, any refund issued will equal the actual amount paid after the discount was applied, not the original retail price.

  • Non-Reissuance: Promo Codes used on cancelled, returned, or refunded orders will not be reissued, reactivated, or applied to future purchases.

  • Retroactive Discounts: Discounts cannot be applied retroactively to previous transactions or completed enrollments processed prior to the start of a promotional period.

4. Company Rights & Prevention of Abuse

To protect our programs and community, Keiki Athletes and Keiki Coders reserve the right to:

  • Modify or Terminate: Cancel, suspend, modify, or extend any promotional offer or discount code at any time without prior notice due to unauthorized distribution, system errors, or technical glitches.

  • Void Transactions: Cancel orders or adjust pricing if a Promo Code was obtained improperly, distributed on unauthorized third-party coupon websites, or redeemed fraudulently/in bad faith.

  • Account Action: Refuse service, void discounts, or terminate accounts of users suspected of creating duplicate accounts or manipulating systems to circumvent promotional limitations.

5. Limitation of Liability

We strive to ensure all promotional details and discount calculations are accurate. However, we are not responsible for technical, printing, typographical, or administrative errors in promotional materials or automated code calculations. In the event of an error, we reserve the right to correct the error and revise your order accordingly or cancel the order for a full refund.
