Keiki Coders – Program Participation & Policies

1. Shirt Eligibility

Each student who registers directly through keikicoders.com is eligible to receive one (1) Keiki Coders shirt. Each child is limited to one (1) Keiki Coders shirt.

Students who are enrolled through school-managed, private school, scholarship, or other third-party registration systems are not eligible for complimentary shirts unless otherwise stated in writing by Keiki Coders.

Below is the list of schools which are eligible for the promotion:

  • Nu’uanu Elementary School

  • Kaimuki Middle School

  • Liholiho Elementary School

  • Wai’alae Elementary School

  • Hokulani Elementary School

  • Kahala Elementary School

  • Koko Head Elementary School

  • Montessori Community School

In the case, Keiki Coders decides to cancel a class due to low enrollment, we will be unable to give a shirt. Full refunds for the program will be processed.

2. Registration Method Requirement

  • Child must be registered by 11:59PM HST on December 25th, 2025 to be eligible.

    • Update 12/29/25: Offer extended until 11:59PM on January 1st, 2026

  • Shirt eligibility applies only to registrations completed directly on keikicoders.com.

  • Registrations processed through schools or external vendors do not qualify.

  • No promo code is required.

3. Shirt Quantity

  • Limit one shirt per child

  • Multiple registrations do not mean multiple shirts

  • Shirts are non-transferable

4. Shirt Sizes

  • Shirt sizes are not guaranteed

  • Size availability is subject to supply

  • Substitutions may be made if a requested size is unavailable

  • Keiki Coders does not offer exchanges or size changes

5. Distribution

Shirts are distributed at participating school locations during the program session or at a designated time determined by Keiki Coders. Distribution timing may vary by school and program.

6. Availability & Supply

Shirts are provided while supplies last.
Keiki Coders reserves the right to modify, delay, or discontinue shirt distribution at any time due to supply constraints or program changes.

7. No Cash Value

Shirts have no cash value and may not be redeemed, refunded, or exchanged for credit.

8. Policy Modifications

Keiki Coders reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. The most current version will always be posted on this page.
